Exporting evidence
Turn any finding into a clean, one-page record you can forward to an attorney or attach to a filing. Export a single conflict, or a mark's whole conflict set at once.
What's in the report
- The two marks side by side — yours and the register record — with classes, serial, registration, owner, and filing date.
- The match breakdown (spelling, sound, words, class) that drove the score.
- Your notes and the full dated activity trail.
- The opposition window, if the conflicting mark is in one.
How to export
On a finding, click Export to open the report page, then Download PDF for a file, or Print to save it your own way. From a mark, use Export conflicts to bundle every active finding into one document.
Not a legal opinion: the report summarizes automated screening and your own notes. It's evidence to hand to counsel, not a conclusion about infringement. Confirm register data against the official USPTO record before relying on it.
