Deadlines & calendar
For every mark you own, Thorgate computes the statutory windows from your record and reminds you before each one — so nothing expires quietly.
What gets docketed
- Office-action responses
- Opposition windows
- Statements of Use and extensions
- Section 8 declarations (years 5–6)
- Section 9 renewals
Each carries its statutory citation and a plain-English note. Reminders escalate as the date nears — 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day out, and tighter still on short opposition windows (14, 7, 3, 1). A window that's been met, missed, or has closed is labeled accordingly, so a past date never looks live.
Subscribe in your calendar
Under Settings → Deadline calendar, copy your private ICS feed URL and add it to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. Every computed deadline then appears alongside your own schedule and updates automatically.
Keep it private: the feed URL is a secret link — anyone with it can see your deadlines. If it leaks, hit Regenerate to invalidate the old one.
